Movement, health and wellness has always been part of Kelly’s life and it was in her 20’s she discovered healing yet dynamic disciplines that put her through her paces - ‘Yoga and Pilates’. Kelly’s journey led her to experience a higher level of movement and the passion to teach Yoga and Pilates grew very quick. She believes conscious movement guided with breath and soul is medicine and it is through the disciplines of ancient Yoga teachings and the repertoire of traditional Pilates we‘re able to peel back the layers to our true authentic selves and be completely present in our mind, body and soul – a process of healing, evolving and uniting. Kelly brings an abundance of energy through her teachings and through her nature and is humbled to share her love and passion with you.
Pilates Teacher
Mel has a heartfelt passion for mindful movement and Pilates.
Formerly a gymnastics coach and currently a school teacher since 2013, Mel transfers her love for guiding others on their journey and empowering them to move their bodies fearlessly.
Mel has always loved practicing Pilates and this passion was reignited after the birth of her daughter Keeley in 2019, which led her to study Pilates through Breathe Education.
She welcomes you with her warm and encouraging nature and looks forward to working with you on your Pilates journey.

A soul nurturer, a mother and a teacher - Tamara started her career in hospitality, bringing people together and sharing the gift of life.
Her passion for Pilates started at Bodiline, where she instantly fell in love and was amazed at how strong she became as her body, mind and soul transformed.
With the passion of this mindful movement growing fast she felt the fire within to share her experience with as many people as she could - a few months later she knew a career as a Pilates Teacher was a must!

Pilates Teacher
Valerie started at Bodiline as a client in 2010 and with her love and appreciation of Pilates growing over the years she completed her Diploma of Contemporary Pilates and Teaching Methodology.
She's passionate about how the Pilates method builds strength, improves posture and flexibility not just in able-bodied clients but clients who have experienced injuries or chronic pain.
With the extensive experience in clinical practice as a registered nurse and a personal trainer, Valerie loves continuing education about Pilates and the body and attends international conferences in Australia and all around the world.

Yvonne has always loved the benefits of the Pilates method and it wasn't long before she found herself completing her Pilates training in 2020.
She is passionate for fun, fluid and mindful movement and with a background in dance it's no guess she loves to move!
Yvonne's classes are encouraging and empower you to connect to your movement all while feeling strong in the mind and the body.
Yvonne welcomes you to move and feel authentic in your body and you can find her teaching both Reformer and Mat Pilates.
Yoga Teacher
Jess found Yoga at age 16, introduced to Ashtanga by her mum, she fell in love with the physical practice and has since gone on to explore various other forms of Yoga and other aspects of the Yoga way of life.
Her passion for creativity, philosophy and wellbeing is interwoven into her practice and teaching style.
Jess recently completed her training in 2020 at Body Mind Life under Noelle Connolly and Kat Clayton and aims to share their wisdom on the body, mind and yogic way of living.
Jess’s classes are thoughtfully sequenced with an emphasis on effort and finding proper energetic and physical alignment for students to receive the full benefits of the practice.
