Vinyasa is a creative flow of asanas (poses) exploring balance, strength and flexibility. We focus on alignment and guide awareness of the breath empowering you to feel authentic in your own body.
Slow Flow is also a creative flow that is gentle on the body allowing you to surrender in each asana while Stretch & Release focuses more on yoga stretches to assist with myofascial release - stretching and naturally lengthening the myofascial lines.
