All clients wishing to attend Small Studio Pilates must undergo an Initial Consultation. We complete a full body analysis, discuss your abilities and needs to work towards achieving your goals. It is a condition clients attend an Initial Consultation if you are new to Pilates have specific injuries or ailments or you simply wish to dive deeper into your Pilates practice.
Clients are guided through their individual program designed specifically to their abilities and needs. Studio sessions are ideal for anyone new to Pilates, have specific personal or rehabilitative goals, professional athletes, pre and postnatal and seniors.

A beginner level class focusing on body awareness and positioning with the Pilates equipment; we offer a more in-depth description of the movement and a slower tempo. You will build confidence and learn the fundamentals in the Pilates method suitable for those returning from injury, in general, good health, free of major injury, pre and postnatal friendly.
Using the Pilates Reformer and Wunda Chair this class aims to provide a full-body workout toning, lengthening and strengthening the body. Adopting the traditional Pilates method with flowing transitions that keep the body moving.
Recommended 5-10 foundations classes and in general good health and free of major injury.
Dynamic Reformer is an advanced class designed to challenge experienced clients. A challenging full-body workout adopting the traditional Pilates method with flowing transitions that keep the body moving. Expect to sweat. Recommended 10 ‘Open’ classes and in good health and free of injury or pregnancy.
